Formerly Virtuosi Racing, the team was rebranded as Invicta Racing in 2024 following acquisition by the Invicta Watch Group. Their F2 history stretches back to 2017 when they entered as Virtuosi. Zhou Guanyu, Callum Ilott, and Felipe Drugovich all scored wins with the team before Bortoleto delivered their first and only driver championship in 2024. Leonardo Fornaroli followed with the 2025 title, making Invicta back-to-back F2 champions.
